Warranty Policy
CNvalley warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use consistent with the product instructions, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, if a product does not work as warranted, CNvalley shall, at its option after warranty verification, repair the defective product, replace with an equivalent product, or refund to customer the purchase price paid for the defective product. Before returning a product, the customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from CNvalley. Products returned without an RMA number are not processed and will be returned to the customer.
Replacement Procedure
During the applicable warranty period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem, the customer may obtain warranty service by contacting with CNvalley.
1. Contact with CNvalley for an RMA number. The following information is required before an RMA number is issued.
- Description of product problem
- Proof of purchase
- Your contact information
2. CNvalley will do troubleshooting and warranty verification to see if the product is defective and under warranty, if yes, an
RMA number will be issued and provided to the customer with shipping information.
3. Package the product appropriately for safe shipment. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Do
not include software, firmware, information, or memory data, etc. of customer. CNvalley only replaces the defective item
and will not returned other accessories. Include contact information, product information and RMA number inside the
package.
4. Send the product freight and insured prepaid to the RMA fulfillment address given by CNvalley. We suggest using a
forwarder that provides tracking information. CNvalley is not responsible for packages lost in transit to CNvalley.
5. The replacement product is shipped by ground with shipping charges prepaid. Expedited shipping is available at extra
cost. If CNvalley’s testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect in the product does not exist, the product
will be shipped freight collect.
Limited liability Warranty
CNvalley products are covered by a limited warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is voided if, in the judgement of CNvalley, (i) the product has been modified in any way (ii) the product has been repaired by anyone other than CNvalley or an unauthorized agency, (iii) the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, (iv) the product has been used or maintained in an environment for which it was not designed, (v) the product has a defaced or removed serial number.
In no event will CNvalley or its suppliers be responsible for any liability, whether based in contract or tort (including negligence), for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or for loss of information or data , loss of equipment, loss of business , loss of revenue or profits, or claims against the user by its customers arising out of or in connection with the sale, installation, maintenance, use, performance, failure, or interruption of the possibility of such damages, and limits its liability to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price without interest, at CNvalley’s option. The maximum liability of CNvalley is the product purchase price.

The foregoing warranties are exclusive and are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For details, refer to warranties specifically set out by any existing contract between the parties. Any such contract states the entire obligation of CNvalley. CNvalley neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale, installation, maintenance or use of CNvalley’s products.
