Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide necessary technical support and training to the sales team
Assist customers in the selection, design, and trouble shooting of CNvalley products.
Timely responses to customers’ enquiries and questions.
Technical support in the evaluation, pre-production, & production stages of CNvalley products.


Qualifications

Technical experience on embedded OS(Linux, WinCE, etc)
Good interpersonal skills, excellent problem analytical and solving skills
Above average English reading, writing, listening, and speaking capabilities
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer/Radio Communication or related
